Our crew is our family with a couple of part time employees to help us from going crazy. We started the bakery with the hopes of working together and so far it has worked out well.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is pretty simple, food (and coffee) should taste good and if we wouldn’t eat it neither should you. We love trying new ideas and bring the community the best possible food and coffee we can.
Our Story
From a small farm high on a wind swept prairie in Washington state to the adventurous years spent aboard our sailboat traveling up and down the west coast, we now call Ketchikan our home.
